It started in my bathroom mirror while colouring my hair –
one of those raw, honest moments where you ask yourself the hard questions. "What
can I do to get out of this rut? What would actually help me build confidence
and make better choices... every single day?"

As a busy mum to twin boys (almost 16!), I'd spent years
doing it all – running my business, managing our household, being everything to
everyone. Like so many of us, I'd become an expert at putting myself last. The
result? I was stuck in a cycle of starting over, slipping up, then starting
over again from an even more frustrated place. Sound familiar?

That's when the lightbulb moment struck.
